The 0.2 version skew between hg and thg has been consistent for some time.
We aim to keep thg x.y compatible with hg x.y-2 and hg-x.y-3. thg is at
now at 2.9, which is compatible with hg 2.7 and hg 2.6. Our plan is to
release thg 2.10 with hg 2.8, and thg 2.11 with hg 2.9, and then to jump to
thg 3.0 at the same time as hg 3.0, and then essentially sync our version
numbers going forward since we follow hg's release cadence.
