[PATCH 0 of 4 Series-B] Enforce hidden filter globally

This series install the wide filtering of hidden changeset on **all**
commands. This changes have been discussed and accepted before.

The only complicated changeset is first one. The filtering installation is not
that complicated but the impact on the test does a lot of noise.
