My current patche stack regarding filtering

Thanks to crew people effort 3 of those series have been applied:

Z) Two remaining changesets regarding branchmap
A) Declare hidden filter and use it in log
E) Perftest for volatiles set

Series currently in review are (by priority)

B) Enforce hidden filtered Globally
   (reviewed By Kevin Bullock need an another pair of eyes)
C) Wide usage of unserved filter
F) Speedup various obsolete and filter computation
   (Facebook will want to look at this to prevent their benchmark to panic)
