Thanks to bos a review session with Skype and Bryan, series B, C and F are now pushed \o/

Such review session are thousand times more effective than the email process and hundreds time more effective. We should *really* do more of them.

The only remaining series is:

  D) Use filtering in hgweb

I'll patchbomb it soon after a last double check on hgweb craziness
