Hello,

Re-sending some patches, adding some new.

 — Remove Committer field.
 — Reformat changesets fields.
 — Don't use fixed format for dates.
 — Fix pop-up windows to not consume the whole screen in tiling WMs.
 — Update backgroud colour when Ttk is available.
 — Replace labels with window titles in popup windows.
 — Add support for phases into the backend.
 — Slightly simplify tags parser.
 — Remove extra regsub from heads parser.

Hope this time almost everything is correct :)
