Should nothing-to-rebase still move active bookmarks?

I'd certainly like to see "pull --rebase" do the right thing (i.e. move the
bookmark even if nothing was pulled) here, and the same with "rebase -d".

The ship for getting "pull --update" to also do the right thing sailed a
long time ago, alas.
