Removed bookmarks crew and crew-stable

Hi!

Just a quick notice:

I just removed the bookmark "crew-stable" from the crew repository
as it hasn't been updated for some months.

The bookmark "crew" already has been removed some time ago by
someone (maybe me, but I'm not sure), probably for the same reason.
