Since upgrading to 2.6.1, when I try to call "grpull" (to pull an embedded
guestrepo), I am consistently getting "signal only works in main thread" where
I did not get this with 2.5.4 (same version of guestrepo).  There is nothing in
the changelog for 2.6.x about changes to either signal handling or threading.

This error is preventing guestrepo from being able to update a guestrepo
embedded in a guestrepo.
