Mercurial shows this error in each conversion of the OpenBSD src CVS repo:

The command used for the conversion is: hg convert --config
convert.cvsps.cache=false --datesort --source-type cvs src

The src repo is a "cvs checkout" from a local copy of the OpenBSD CVS repo.

Apparently a netbsd user also had the same error with the conversion of his
repo: http://mail-index.netbsd.org/tech-repository/2012/07/21/msg000425.html
