Usually when a new hg version lands, it's on pypi and visible to easy_install
almost instantly.

But I've noticed that 2.7.1 is still not on pypi.  I hope someone will please
remember to add it, now and in the future.

(Sorry for reporting this issue *here*, but I couldn't find anywhere else to do
so besides joining the mailing list, which I won't do for one little thing like
this.  I tried, on this bugzilla, to report a bug with "web page ... and
friends", but it wouldn't let me).
