http://hg.python.org/cpython/rev/d579866d6419 changes the way the email module
handles MIME encoding: we now get a newline after every MIME boundary instead
of just sometimes.

Ubuntu Trusty's 2.7.6+patches Python includes this update, which is where I
first noticed this.

Not sure what we should do here - probably just figure out a way to accept
those output lines and not worry about it?
