Given that this list contained 2 elements, I would hardly qualify it as 
"endlessly growing". It already helped to catch a few low hanging fruit 
patches this year..

That is why I'm suggest reworking the existing state to have something 
fitting the above description, in distinction of "Under Review". Reading 
the discussion on this patch it was not clear to me that the patch was 
to be fully rejected as it appear than some small step to fix it could 
be expected. I'm glad you stepped in to put it in a more appropriate status.
