[PATCH 0 of 4 ] killdaemons for windows waits for killed process or raises correct errors

This simple task is realized in 4 patches...

It does still not first send something similar to "kill SIGINT"/Ctrl-C and kill forcefully in a 2nd attemp. (Used TerminateProcess is forefully killing.)
