test-hook.t broken on windows by c04459f959ff (crew repo)

first failure in windows build 131 [1]
so it is broken by c04459f959ff [2] (probaly, it is the only changeset)
  extensions: don't fail to load on Windows if path ends with a '\' 
(issue4187)
