last simple4.py is now compatible with 2.9.1

Dear people experimenting with the new obsmarkers code,

I'm happy to announce that your servers does not needs to be upgraded to 
mercurial#devel to use simple4server.py. It will works with 
mercurial#2.9.1 too.

Your client still need to use mercurial#default however. But I expect 
this to be less complicated to setup.
