Anyone is welcome. Were usually see new faces during sprint. Its good 
way to kick start your first patches.

Use of general delta by default is blocked by the lack of support in the 
bundle format used during exchanges. I hope to have made major progress 
in that area by Pycon. It'll be then a very good topic to discuss and 
work on.
