Global 3.2 sprint! (europe)

Good new every one!

It is time to start planning a new global sprint, the sprint should be 
in Europe (according the moribund tradition of alternation between in 
north America and Europe)

The first thing to do is to pick a date this summer, please add you 
availability to the wiki page:

Second will be to pick a location, if you can host, add your name to the
