It doesn't prevent you from doing addremove on a subrepo; you can still `cd subrepo && hg addremove`. But I'd be okay with it being a warning.

It would be super-duper extra nice if we could figure out how to make Git and SVN do the equivalent of `hg addremove`, and add that as a follow-up.
