With the 'evolve' extension enabled, 'hg outgoing' results in an 'unknown
revision' error. The error goes away if the '--hidden' option is used: 'hg
outgoing --hidden'

The changeset causing the error is present and hidden in both repositories (x
in glog output). It also has hidden children. Also, there are other
non-children, hidden, common changesets. The error appears to refer to the
first hidden, common changeset only.
