[PATCH] bundle2: rename format, parts and config to final names

This is a pretty horrible transition strategy, but I'm grudging
accepting it for three reasons:

- fallback to bundle1 is a safety net for all the in-tree functionality
- only one (known) bundle2 deployment
- they know where you live
