[PATCH] revsets: makes follow() supports file patterns

Maybe the best for now is to preserve old behaviour - follow() matches
against repository root ( not current directory). Fixing this behaviour of
follow probably should be matter of another issue. I included your
suggestions and sent new patch , let me know if it is ok or should i
include patch as a reply to current mail.
