Bundle2 last call

Played a bit with namespace clean up and dual API compat. I would be 
really glad to clean up the namespace but the compat won't be simple.

But playing with this again show that we should probably clear out the 
Hooks question before turning bundle2 on.

Im in vacation from about now, so the rest will happen the week after.
