GSoC 2015. Mercurial needs (1) ideas (2) mentors (3) admin

Hello,

Carol from Google just announced that applications for
mentoring organizations for Google Summer of Code 2015 are now being
accepted.

The application period closes Feb 20, i.e. 2 weeks from now (see message
below).

Last year I coordinated things and managed the paperwork,
but these days I am struggling to find time for Mercurial,
so I prefer to pass on to somebody else.

The hard part of the application is to put in shape
a set of "ideas", i.e. the projects we would like prospective students to
work on.

The "idea's page" is an essential element for a successful application.

Our historical records say that if Mercurial becomes
a "mentoring organization", we're allotted ~2 students.
So the "team" is usually formed by two "mentors" and
an "administrator" (sort of a coordination role).
