[Bug 4754] New: topic-ext: 'hg stabilize' cleared my topics

I did `hg obs -r 41771848::f4d310b5 -s d068131e::56443b2b --biject` and then
`hg stabilize --all`, which obsoleted 8 changes and then stabilized 5 changes,
and my topics on the 5 changes disappeared during stabilization.

I suspect this is a defect in topics, but I'm not entirely sure, since it seems
like maybe evolve should be preserving extra more aggressively than it is.
