          Priority: normal
            Bug ID: 4702
                CC: mercurial-devel at selenic.com,
                    pierre-yves.david at ens-lyon.org
          Assignee: bugzilla at selenic.com
Summary: It's possible to "hg fold" applied MQ patches and
confuse MQ into looking for a non-existent changeset
          Severity: bug
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Mac OS
          Reporter: merijn at inconsistent.nl
          Hardware: PC
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
           Version: 3.4.1
         Component: evolution
           Product: Mercurial

When you have an applied MQ patch it's possible to use evolve to "hg fold" that
applied patch into an existing commit. Now MQ thinks the patch is still
applied, but it can't find the changeset, leaving MQ in a confused mess.

It should probably be impossible to fold MQ patches.
