Currently any https wiki page gets a mixed content warning, because it tries to
get hgicon.png to use as a favicon image.

Right now, if browser tries to get https://selenic.com/hgicon.png (or
https://mercurial.selenic.com/hgicon.png, in the case of wiki), it gets
redirected at http://www.selenic.com/hgicon.png (https -> http), only to get
redirected again, to https://www.selenic.com/hgicon.png (http -> https).
