I've noticed that recent emails from bz.selenic.com didn't pass SPF checks:

Authentication-Results: mxfront4g.mail.yandex.net; spf=softfail
(mxfront4g.mail.yandex.net: transitioning domain of selenic.com does not
designate 2600:3c01::f03c:91ff:feae:7be1 as permitted sender)
smtp.mail=mercurial-bugs at selenic.com

Probably because there are no AAAA records for selenic.com or bz.selenic.com
(that have that ip address), see also
