This is possibly works-as-intended, but the hgsubversion testsuite prints lots
of progress bars now (obliterating some amount of testsuite output in the
process) despite setting ui.quiet in the test harness.

It feels (to me) like progress bars should be off in the face of ui.quiet. I'm
happy to write the patch, but do other people have strong feelings?
