Progress in core - what's left?

I have a foggy memory of something about hgweb and progress not being
friends. Does anyone remember the specific problem? I'd like to work
on it, but I'm finding myself unable to remember or adequately search
archives.

Ideally, I'd like a bug opened so I can track progress there, and then
I'll make a meta-bug for "get progress in core" so that I can try and
make incremental progress on that. It's past time for me to finish the
job, I think.
