Notification bar in mercurial

For future reference, Mercurial itself is a text-only command-line
application so it doesn't have things like notification bars. There are
multiple GUIs (like TortoiseHg) made by third parties that most of the
people on this list know nothing about. Since I've never seen this
notification bar, I don't even know which GUI you're talking about.
