This series and 3 patches above it have been pushed to the clowncopter.

In the last patch:
   "exchange: support sorting URLs by client-side preferences"

I've moved the config option to experimental to remove any debate from 
the core feature.

I'm not sure it need to get out of experimental before the freeze, but 
feel free to discuss it
