The general rule for adding i18n support is "don't paste strings
together using  `+`; use `%s %s`".

By having ()s in the individual strings, you increase the likelihood
of a localizer getting this wrong.

Consistency is pretty much a disaster in l10n (here, and in general).

I used RTL because it was an easy one to point to, but in theory an
SVO v. OVS v. VSO language could also want to move things around.
