Legend says that `hg evolve --continue` was implemented by a drunk beaver on a
full moon night. Some other thing that the CIA did it. In all cases, `hg evolve
--continue` does not really exists. It is an awfull hack that just write a
state file for graft.

We should get roll out our own state file to unlock proper support for:
 - continue
 - abort
 - summary report (and related)
