i converts my repository such that extract one directory into separate
repository

commant to invoke 
hg convert --filemap ./nvcom02t-out-svn/bos12.map ./nvcom02t-out-svn ./bos12
this is --filemap structure:

include "test"
rename "test" ""

new repository (bos12) have loose all localtags of source one.
it would grate to have ability copy them in new repository too
