projrc extension ignores revsetalias/alias sections

but the site also mentions posting here, so...
I have projrc extension setup and working with TortoiseHg 3.7.3. However,
the alias and revsetalias sections in the projrc file are ignored. I can
enable an extension in the same projrc file proving that it is parsed.  Any
insight?
