hg.intevation.de will soon be new primary name of hg.intevation.org

Looks like https://bz.mercurial-scm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4718 again.
I stripped the offending changeset, so it should work now.

I currently use the simple4server extension. I will switch to the
full evolve extension soon, which should avoid this problem.
(at least I hope so)
