Well, the extension was originally named watchman (see
https://bitbucket.org/facebook/hgwatchman/commits/461c9146cc4c1f4db51122b39c8af745118d9e75),
but I *think* that can be confusing when the extension is not the
watchman project itself. This is the integration layer between hg and
watchman, hence hgwatchman.

So, personally I think we should stick with hgwatchman to prevent
getting confused over what part of the whole is being addressed.
