hgbook: docker support

Hello all,

I've added Docker support to the book. If you want to give this a try:
- Clone https://bitbucket.org/hgbook/hgbook
- Run 'make docker-html' to generate the HTML version of the book. You can
run 'make' to see all interesting targets.
