Well it doesn't seem to have shut down yesterday, but in any case I just completed the migration. Patchwork is now up and running at:

  <https://patchwork.mercurial-scm.org/>

The new instance is subscribed to -devel and should be getting patches, although I haven't checked to make sure they're making it all the way thru yet.

Please update your tooling to point to the new instance. Let me know if the new instance isn't doing something it should be.

Bryan, you can shut down the old instance at will.
