How to use patchbomb extension or pushgate?

Hello everyone,

I am working on a GSOC Project "Moving towards Python 3" and I was
working on patches. But I am unable to use patchbomb extension or
pushgate to send the patches. I also referred to the wiki page and
setup the patchbomb extension but it's not working.

What i currently do to send the page is copying the result of hg
export command and mailing it to the mailing list. But twice I have
been referred to wiki page. Well I am unable to setup the patchbomb
extension and there is not much about pushgate which I can understand.

I request someone to help me out in a bit detailed way.
