The sprint is tomorrow and I expect a lot of interesting discussion to
happen there. Some of the hot topic we hope to discussion involves
people who are not attending the sprint, It would be useful if we could
schedule the discussion in Advance and allow them attend through video
conferencing (And private contact with seems concurs with that).
I'm starting this thread to allow them to jump and offer slot where they
would be able to attend.
The sprint is happening California time, currently UTC-7. from Friday to
Sunday 10h â 18h for sure. I don't expect Friday morning to be much
schedulable.
The discussion I've in mind are:
Discussion around hgbook
========================
There have been a lot of good progress and interrest around this.
Remote attendee:
- Mathias de Maré, Belgium, Belgium (UTC+1)
Discussion around PyPy and CFFI
===============================
Facebook is contracting people to get an idea of what it would take to
run Mercurial on Pypy. The most fuzzy part if the handling of C code
using CFFI
Remote attendee:
- Maciej Fijalkowski, South Africa (UTC+2)
Discussion around Mercurial Performance tracking
================================================
Facebook is also contracting people to get a proper performance tracking
suite for Mercurial so that we can start tracking performance change
overtime. I expect people to have opinions and idea around this.
Remote attendee:
- David Douard, France (UTC+2)
- Philippe Pepiot, France (UTC+2)
Cheers,
