We have a long standing principle that everybody in the community should 
feel empowered to jump in and start doing some review of anyone else's 
patches.

Changing the name to "reviewers" would give a false sense that only they 
are expected to review other people's patches. So we picked another name 
to avoid that.


While we are at it, I would like to remind all contributors that we need 
your help and reviews for the patches to flow. It's very valuable when 
you provide feedback on a patch, say that a patch looks good, or that a 
new behavior makes sense to you. When you do so, it is doubly effective 
to go update the state of that patch in patchwork:

   http://patchwork.serpentine.com/project/hg/list/

Create an account, and ask one of the "committers" for access to the 
Mercurial project. Then move patches to the "Pre-Reviewed" state for 
them to get attention from "committers" faster.
