We have a long standing principle that everybody in the community should
feel empowered to jump in and start doing some review of anyone else's
Changing the name to "reviewers" would give a false sense that only they
are expected to review other people's patches. So we picked another name
to avoid that.
While we are at it, I would like to remind all contributors that we need
your help and reviews for the patches to flow. It's very valuable when
you provide feedback on a patch, say that a patch looks good, or that a
new behavior makes sense to you. When you do so, it is doubly effective
to go update the state of that patch in patchwork:
Create an account, and ask one of the "committers" for access to the
Mercurial project. Then move patches to the "Pre-Reviewed" state for
them to get attention from "committers" faster.
