The RPM download links @ https://www.mercurial-scm.org/downloads all fail with
404 errors. At this time they link to:

https://www.mercurial-scm.org/release/centos5/RPMS/x86_64/mercurial-3.9-0+2.7.9.x86_64.rpm
https://www.mercurial-scm.org/release/centos6/RPMS/x86_64/mercurial-3.9-0.x86_64.rpm
https://www.mercurial-scm.org/release/centos7/RPMS/x86_64/mercurial-3.9-0.x86_64.rpm

I assume this is because these are the previous versions which were taken off
the site when the 3.9.1 packages were added. FWIW, I can reach the up to date
packages by removing the file name from the url and using the web server
directory listings to get to the 3.9.1 packages.


The source download link is also not working but I believe that is already
tracked in bug 5259.
