D248: config: rename evolution config into stabilization

REVISION SUMMARY
  Use aliases for backward-compatibility. Though I'm not sure how to emit
  compatibility warnings with aliases.
  
  Test configuration are updated in the next patch.
  
  The renaming is done according to
