I think we had some automation before - when committing a commit with
"(issueXXX)" in the title of commit message, the issue will be turned into
"TESTING" and closed a few days later.

This is similar to issue2027.

Now the automation seems broken somehow and I had to manually close issues.
Hopefully the bot could be revived.
