Demo instance of patchwork

Hi all,

Jun and I have been working on setting up a demo instance of Patchwork as a testing ground for improvements to our patch workflow. It's accessible at: <https://patchwork-demo.mercurial-scm.org/>

For now, all we've done is installed the latest version of Patchwork. Augie and I are in the process of making the patchbot also update the demo instance, so that it stays in sync. In the future, we'll be using the demo instance to try out improvements to Patchwork for our use cases (with the hope of eventually upstreaming any changes we make).

Please try out the demo instance and let me know how it works for you.
