Picking a date for Mercurial 4.2 sprint (California, February-March)

My attendance information in the wiki is accurate. The later the better for
me.

Given that everyone is available on March 10 and March 17 weekends and
given that more time to prepare travel can't hurt, I think we should go
with one of those weekends.
