Moving fb extensions to core.

Historically, the blessed way has been to first get these kind of things
into hgext. There they could bake for a while as more people test them
out.

Doing it this way would allow people like, for instance, to deploy them
to Bitbucket and help test on a wider audience.

As mentioned in the other thread, I would very much hesitate to put this
into core (and would recommend doing it as an extension first).
