After installing TortoiseHG 4.2 that comes with HG 4.2.0+4 I noticed the colors
on any output are not working any more (Windows 7 x64 SP1), on any terminal
(default or other). Setting the colors to color=win32 made no difference.
Setting it to color=ansi makes the colors from default commands work, but
templates that include colors (with \x1B) are not working.
