            Bug ID: 5747
Summary: Rebase should detect patch that has already been
                    applied.
           Product: Mercurial
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: feature
          Priority: wish
         Component: rebase
          Assignee: bugzilla at mercurial-scm.org
          Reporter: mozilla at hocat.ca
                CC: mercurial-devel at mercurial-scm.org

When rebasing a series of changes forward, rebase should detect patches that
have already been applied, even if they conflict with later changes upstream.

This often happens when I have a patch series that has multiple changes to a
single file that has been applied upstream.
